(1)Orders . . . F1of the Secretary of State under this Act shall be made by statutory instrument.
(2)Any order made under any provision of this Act, except an order under section 14(3), may be varied or revoked by a subsequent order so made.
(3)In the case of a statutory instrument containing an order under section [F21A] or 14(3) of this Act . . . F1, a draft of the instrument shall be laid before Parliament, and an instrument containing an order under the said section [F21A] shall not be made unless the draft has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
(4)A statutory instrument containing an order under section 9(1) or 12 of this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
