(b)service as a traffic warden employed [F12by a chief constable established under section 2 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011, by the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis or by a] police authority under section 2 of the M3Road Traffic and Roads Improvement Act 1960 or section 81(9) of the M4Road Traffic Regulation Act 1967 [F13section 95(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.]
