The Plant Varieties and Seeds Act 1964 (1964 c. 14)
In section 10(2) of the Plant Varieties and Seeds Act 1964 for the words “section 9 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1958” there shall be substituted the words “section 13 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971”.
The text of Sch. 3 is in the form in which it was originally enacted: it was not reproduced in Statutes in Force and except as specified does not reflect any amendments or repeals which may have been made prior to 1.2.1991.
