Sch. 3: the entry relating to the Transport (London) Act 1969 repealed (E.W.S.) by Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (c. 27, SIF 107:1), ss. 143, 146, Sch. 14
F2In paragraph 18(2) of Schedule 5 to the Transport (London) Act 1969 for the words “Subsection (1) of section 9 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1958” there shall be substituted the words “Subsection (1) of the section 13 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971”.
