Appeals to the Crown Court
93As respects any time before the coming into force of section 3 of the [1971 c. 23.] Courts Act 1971, sections 106, 114(7) and 117(6) of this Act shall have effect as if for references to the Crown Court there were substituted references to a court of quarter sessions.
