There shall be apid to or in respect of the clerk, officers and servants of the tribunal such pensions, allowances or gratuities as the Secretary of State, with the approval of the Minister for the Civil Service, may determine, and those pensions, allowances or gratuities shall be the same as could be paid to or in respect of those persons if they were persons to whom section 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972 applies, and the principal civil service pension scheme within the meaning of section 2 of the said Act of 1972 .... F1shall apply accordingly with any necessary adaptations.
