Penalties for offencesU.K.
1U.K.A person guilty of an offence under this Act for which no other penalty is specified shall be liable—
(a)on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding £400; and
(b)on conviction on indictment, to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or both.
