61 S In section 2 (refusal of registration), at the end there shall be added the following subsection—

“(4) In this section “local authority” means an islands or district council.”

62 S In section 14(f) (application to Scotland), for the words from “this Act”, where second occurring, onwards there shall be substituted the words “ section 3 of this Act shall be enforced by islands or district councils ”.
