Continuity of employment
6For the purposes of—
(a)the [1965 c. 62.] Redundancy Payments Act 1965 ;
(b)the [1972 c. 53.] Contracts of Employment Act 1972 ; and
(c)the [1974 c. 52.] Trade Union and Labour Relations Act 1974,
there shall be deemed to have been no break in the employment of any person to whom this Schedule applies who transfers from the employment of the Council to the employment of the Agency.
