11E+WIn the case of a registration of a rent before 1st January 1973 which, by virtue of subsection (3) of section 82 of the M1Housing Finance Act 1972 (provision corresponding to section 87(3) of this Act), was provisional only, the date of registration for the purposes of this Act shall be 1st January 1973.
