18E+WSection 54 of, and paragraph 5 of Schedule 9 to, this Act shall apply in relation to a failure to observe any of the requirements of section 43, 44(5) or 45 of the M1Housing Finance Act 1972 as they apply in relation to a failure to observe any of the corresponding requirements of section 51, 52(6) or 53 of this Act.
