Subject to the provisions of this Act, any reference in any document or enactment to a Part VI letting (within the meaning of Part II of the M1Housing Finance Act 1972) shall be construed except in so far as the context otherwise requires, as a reference to a restricted letting (within the meaning of Part II as amended by this Act).
