22 Short title and extent. U.K.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Industry Act 1980.

[F1 (2)The provisions of this Act so far as they relate to the Scottish Development Agency extend to Scotland only.]

(3) F2 ... the provisions of this Act except—

F2 ...any F2 ...provision so far as it relates to the Welsh Development Agency,

extend to Northern Ireland.
