(1)For the purposes of this Part of this Act [F1and sections 16 to 23 (which relate to the provision of conveyancing and executry services) of the 1990 Act] there shall be a tribunal, which shall be known as the Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal and is in this Act referred to as “the Tribunal”.
(2)Part I of Schedule 4 shall have effect in relation to the constitution of the Tribunal.
