In paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971 for the words “section 30 of, and Part I of Schedule 1 to, the Children Act 1948” there shall be substituted the words “
section 58 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Child Care Act 1980
”
