Sale or destruction of vehicle where no application made under paragraph 9

Regulations may provide that, if no application is made to F2a traffic commissioner in accordance with regulations made by virtue of paragraph 9 above, any vehicle detained by virtue of paragraph 2 above may be sold or destroyed in such manner as may be prescribed.
