2E+W+SWhere any provision of the M1Transport Act 1980 which is repealed by this Act was brought into force by an order which contains transitional provisions and savings in connection with that provision, an order under section 89(2) of this Act may contain corresponding provisions and savings in connection with any provision of this Act corresponding to the repealed provision.
