19E+W+SIn section 63(3)(b) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 for the words “Part I of the Transport Act 1980” there shall be substituted the words “ the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 ”.
20E+W+SIn section 80(1) of that Act, in the definition of “public service vehicle”, for the words “Part III of the Road Traffic Act 1960” there shall be substituted the words “ the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 ”.
