In section 159(1) of that Act—
a
in the definition of “bus service” for the words “Part I of the Transport Act 1980” there shall be substituted the words “
the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981
”
and for the words “section 3(3)(a) of the Transport Act 1980” there shall be substituted the words “
section 2(3)(a) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981
”
; and
b
in the definition of “express carriage” and “stage carriage” and in the definition of “public service vehicle” for the words “Act of 1960” there shall be substituted the words “
Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981
”
.
