16E+W+SIn section 4(2)(b) of the Road Traffic (Foreign Vehicles) Act 1972 for the words from “section 19(1)” to “section 160(1)(k) of that Act” there shall be substituted the words “ section 12(1) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 as modified by regulations for the time being in force under section 60(1)(m) of that Act ”.
