Road Traffic (Foreign Vehicles) Act 1972 (c. 27) E+W+S

17 E+W+SIn section 7(1) of that Act—

F1 (a) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

(b) in the definition of “public service vehicle” for the words “Part III of the Road Traffic Act 1960” there shall be substituted the words “ the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 ”.
