1E+W+SIn section 4(4) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1953 in the definition of “public service vehicle” for the words from “Part I” to “section 2(1)” there shalll be substituted the words “ the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 if in section 1(1) ”.
