83 Construction of references in other Acts etc. to public service vehicles, licensing authorities etc. E+W+S

(1) A provision of an Act other than this Act or of an instrument having effect under an enactment not repealed by this Act which (however expressed) defines “public service vehicle”, . . . F1 by reference to the M1 Road Traffic Act 1930 or the M2 Road Traffic Act 1960 shall have effect as if it provided that that expression should be construed in like manner as if it were contained in this Act.
