13(1)In this Schedule “the M11925 Act” means the [F1Senior Courts] of Judicature (Consolidation) Act 1925.E+W
(2)Nothing in this Schedule shall be taken as prejudicing the operation of the provisions of the M2Interpretation Act 1978 as respects the effect of repeals.
