22 In subsection (1)(b) of section 73 of the Child Care Act 1980 (provisions as to places of safety etc.) for the words “section 29(3) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969” there shall be substituted the words “section 38(7) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984”.
