SCHEDULE 12 U.K. Consequential Amendments

The Weights and Measures &c. Act 1976 E+W+S

7 (1) Section 12 of the M1 Weights and Measures &c. Act 1976 shall be amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (1), for paragraph (d) there shall be substituted the following—

“(d) section 21, 22 or 23 of the 1985 Act;”.

(3) In subsection (9)(c), for the words “the 1963 Act” there shall be substituted the words “the 1985 Act”.
