37SIn section 6(3)(a) (exclusion of certain solicitors from giving legal aid) the word “or” immediately preceding sub-paragraph (iii) shall be omitted and after that sub-paragraph there shall be inserted the following— “or—
(iv)in the case of a director of an incorporated practice, such conduct on the part of any person who is for the time being a director of the incorporated practice.”.
