The Local Government Act 1985 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 13 (application of local authority provisions to residuary bodies), in paragraph 14, after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

paragraph 2 of Schedule 4A to the Leasehold Reform Act 1967;

In Schedule 14, omit paragraph 58(e).
