In sections 80(1)(a) and 81(1)(a), (3)(b) and (4)(b) of the M1Building Act 1984 (service of notices in respect of proposed demolition), after “demolition order” insert “or obstructive building order”.

The above amendment to section 80 of the Building Act 1984 has effect from 1st April 1986.
