[F1(1)]Without prejudice to the M1Crown Proceedings Act 1947 [F2and subject to subsection (2) below], this Act shall bind the Crown acting in its capacity as a creditor or employer.
[F3(2)Section 70B of this Act does not affect Her Majesty in Her private capacity as an employer.]
