SCHEDULE 2 U.K. MINOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

The Family Law Reform Act 1969 (c. 46) E+W

24 E+WIn section 23 of that Act—

(a) in subsection (2), for the word “paternity” there shall be substituted the word “ parentage ”; and

(b) in subsection (3), for the words “blood sample” there shall be substituted the words “ bodily sample ”.
