In section 130(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1973 (notice of intended prosecution by weights and measures authority to Director General of Fair Trading), after the words "that Act," there shall be inserted the words "or for an offence under any provision made by or under Part III of the Consumer Protection Act 1987,".
