88 Amendments of adoption legislation.E+W+S
(1)The M1Adoption Act 1976 shall have effect subject to the amendments made by Part I of Schedule 10.
(2)The M2Adoption (Scotland) Act 1978 shall have effect subject to the amendments made by Part II of Schedule 10.
