4In paragraph 38A of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 (State pensions), for the words “10 of Schedule 1” there shall be substituted the words “15(2) of Schedule 1 to the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990 (as read with paragraph 7 of Schedule 3 to that Act)”.
