2E+WWhere the [F1appropriate agency] is applying for a compulsory works order, it shall, at the request of any person and on payment by that person of such charge (if any) as the [F1appropriate agency] may reasonably require, furnish that person with a copy of any draft order submitted to either of the Ministers under paragraph 1 above and of any relevant map or plan.
