[F2 1 N.I. In this Schedule “competent tribunal” means—

(a) a Commissioner;

(b) a social security appeal tribunal;

(c) a disability appeal tribunal;

(d) a medical appeal tribunal;

(e) an adjudicating medical practitioner.]
