The Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (S.I. 1989/2404 (N.I.18))
21In Article 3(1) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (interpretation), in the definition of “the companies legislation”, for “the Insider Dealing Order” there shall be substituted “Part V of the Criminal Justice Act 1993 (insider dealing)”.
