(a) section 73 of the M1 Improvement of Land Act 1864 (power to enter on neighbouring lands for repair of works, making compensation); and

(b) section 71 of the M2 Lands Improvement Company’s Act 1853 (which makes similar provision);

for the words “two justices or the sheriff” substitute “ the Lands Tribunal or the Lands Tribunal for Scotland ”.
