Giving of advice to Secretary of State

The Residuary Body—
a
may from time to time give such advice to the Secretary of State with respect to the exercise by him of his powers under section 54(2)(c) as it considers appropriate; and
b
shall give to the Secretary of State advice on such matters connected with the exercise of those powers as he may specify.
