Repeal of the Miners’ Welfare Act 1952E+W+S
8E+W+SThe repeal by this Act of the Miners’ Welfare Act 1952 shall not affect the application in relation to any trusts of section 2 of the Recreational Charities Act 1958 (certain trusts for the purposes of welfare activities within the meaning of that Act of 1952 to be charitable).
