Repeal of section 41 of the 1946 ActE+W+S
7E+W+SThe repeal by this Act of section 41 of the 1946 Act (certain coal industry trusts) shall be without prejudice to the continuing effect after the time when that repeal comes into force of any order made before that time under that section.
