38(1)In subsection (2) of section 57 of the Electricity Act 1989 (which provides that the general restriction on the disclosure of information obtained under or by virtue of that Act does not apply in relation to the performance by certain authorities of their functions under the provisions listed in subsection (3) of that section), in paragraph (b), after sub-paragraph (ix) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—E+W+S
“(ixa)the Coal Authority; or”.
(2)In subsection (3) of that section, after paragraph (nn) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“(nnn)the Coal Industry Act 1994;”.
