20U.K.In section 20 of that Act (interpretation of provisions relating to direct labour organisations), in subsection (1), in paragraph (a)(i) of the definition of “local authority" after the words “borough council," there shall be inserted the words “ a police authority established under section 3 of the M1Police Act 1964 ”.
