57U.K.In section 60 of the County Courts Act 1984 (right of audience for officer of local authority in proceedings brought by authority), in subsection (3), in the definition of “local authority" after the words “borough council" there shall be inserted the words “ , a police authority established under section 3 of the Police Act 1964 ”.
