23U.K.In section 33 of the M1Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (enforceability by local authorities of certain covenants relating to land), in subsection (9)(a) after the words “Residuary Body" there shall be inserted the words “ , a police authority established under section 3 of the M2Police Act 1964 ”.
