(b)in paragraph (c) for “section 9 of this Act” there shall be substituted “ section 69 of M1 the Road Traffic Act 1988 ” and for “subsection (9) of that section” there shall be substituted “ section 71(1)(a) or (b) of that Act arising out of the contravention of such a prohibition ”.
