62 U.K. In subsection (1) of section 8 of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986, for the words “section 52 of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987” there shall be substituted the words “ section 28 of the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
