6(1)In section 9(2)(a) for “a conciliation officer” substitute “ the Agency ”.

[F1(2)In section 9(4) in the definition of “qualified lawyer” for the words from “means” to the end substitute “ means a barrister (whether in practice as such or employed to give legal advice) or a solicitor of the Supreme Court who holds a practising certificate. ”.]
