3E+WIn section 3(7) of the Allotments Act 1922 (provision as to cottage holdings and certain allotments), after “landlord” there shall be inserted “ otherwise than under a farm business tenancy (within the meaning of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995) ”.
4E+WIn section 6(1) of that Act (assessment and recovery of compensation), after “contract of tenancy” there shall be inserted “ (not being a farm business tenancy within the meaning of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995) ”.
