Section 24 of that Act (tenant’s right to compensation for improvements and other matters) shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (1)(a), after “holding” there shall be inserted “ held under a tenancy in relation to which the Act of 1986 applies ”.

In subsection (10), after “Scotland” there shall be inserted “ the words “held under a tenancy in relation to which the Act of 1986 applies” in subsection (1)(a) of this section shall be omitted and ”.
